Oracle Application Database Administrator

Location: Alpharetta

Job Duties: Administer, clone, install, configure, upgrade, and patch EBS 11i/R12/R12.2 and Oracle databases. Design, automate, document and install database architecture and perform Linux administration, backup & recovery concepts and database performance tuning. Work with Disaster Recovery and High Availability, E-Business suite switchover and failover activities. Responsible for patch applications (PSU) and periodic database upgrades with minimal downtime in the database environment. Support the day-to-day database and Oracle Applications administration, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting PROD Environments. Administer and upgrade the performance of the Oracle E-Business Suite and databases to ensure optimal performance for end-users. Manage databases and applications in OCI cloud environment and fusion middleware administration, BMC Remedy Administration, CMDB Administration and BMC Discovery Administration. Utilize and administer the weblogic components, TLS, DMZ, PCP, Load balancer configuration and concurrent manager administration for R12.2 EBS. Will work in Alpharetta, GA and/or various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.

Salary: $75,000/year
